For hassle-free returns, please follow the guidelines outlined in our refund policy. This policy is in place to help you explore our programmes while also ensuring that our instructors are treated fairly. Since they receive payments after 30 days, we will be unable to process any refund requests beyond this timeframe.
Some exceptions may apply, and in certain instances, refunds may be issued as credits rather than a full monetary refund. For more information, please refer to our full refund policy, which is outlined below.

Go to your Dashboard
Click on "My Courses"
Find the course to refund
Click "Request Refund" button
Select refund reason
Choose from dropdown menu
Choose refund method
Original payment or credits
Submit and wait
For confirmation
Repeated refund requests or misuse of the policy may result in account restrictions or denial of future refund requests.
